How to use T.38 as Fax Relay with VoIP
There are 2 methods of setting the fax relay using T.38, and the setting in
'VoIP dial-peer configuration' mode has a priority over the setting in 'voice-
service configuration' mode. And, the fallback function enables the used of
high-bandwidth codec specified in fallback when T.38 cannot be used during
the negotiation for fax transmission.
