4 Check for open and short in harness and connector between ABS control relay
and ABS ECU (See page IN−26).
OK
If same code is still output after DTC is deleted, check contact condition of each connection.
If connections are normal, ECU may be defective.

− ANTI−LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM
CHECK:
Check continuity between each terminal of ABS control (motor)
relay.
OK:
Terminals A6 − 3 and A6 − 4
Terminals A6 − 1 and A6 − 2
CHECK:
(a) Apply battery positive voltage between terminals A6 − 3
and A6 − 4.
(b) Check continuity between terminals of ABS control relay.
OK:
Terminals A6 − 1 and A6 − 2
NG Replace ABS control relay.
NG Repair or replace harness or connector.
