Message
EAP Authentication failure.
To clear the error:
Press the Offline
button.
Bluetooth module is defective.
To clear the error:
Confirm the
prompted mes-
sage.
CRC has not been added to
the data.
To clear the error:
CRC does not match.
Press the left or
right soft button.
Cause
Use the correct Access Point
(AP) and authentication server
settings.
Contact the technical support
center for repair of the Blue-
tooth module.
Check transmitted data and
interface settings.
Right soft button: Continue
printing from the print data
where the CRC error
occurred.
Left soft button: Cancel the
print data with the CRC error
and continue printing from the
next item.
Countermeasure
