6 Troubleshooting
Countermeasure
Confirm that the address of
the time server is correct.
Confirm that there is a connec-
tion to the time server.
If a calendar clock (RTC) is
installed the calendar can be
set manually and operation
resumed without NTP func-
tionality. To check or set the
clock, go to the System set-
tings menu and set the Date
and Time.
Install the print head.
Confirm the change to the new
default settings and install the
print head with the same den-
sity as the old head.
Clean and adjust the media
path.
Use the correct sensor type.
Adjust the media sensor level.
