debug rlir
To enable Registered Link Incident Report (RLIR) debugging, use the debug rlir command in EXEC
mode. To disable a debug command, use the no form of the command or use the no debug all command
to turn off all debugging.

Enables debugging for MTS error conditions.
Enables debugging for MTS events.
