To compare two versions:
In the NSM GUI, right-click on a policy.
1.
In the popup menu, select View Versions.
2.
The Version History window appears.
Select two versions in the window.
3.
Click Compare to view the differences.
4.
When you are finished, click Close.

Restore an Older Version

This section explains how to restore an older version.
To restore am older version:
In the NSM GUI, right-click on a policy.
1.
In the popup menu, select View Versions.
2.
The Version History window appears.
Select an older (non-current) version in the window.
3.
Click Restore to make the selected version current.
4.
The Rollback Security Policy window appears.
Select an earlier version in the window and click Next.
5.
A Diff window appears comparing the old and current version.
View the differences and click Next.
6.
The Object Editor appears.
Make any necessary changes and click Finish.
7.
The Version History shows the results of the version restore operation.

Viewing, Editing, Filtering, and Sorting Database Versions

This section explains how to view, edit, filter, and sort database versions.
NOTE: Beginning with the NSM 2008.1 release, the term "domain version" is
replaced by "database version."
More than one database version must exist before you can sort them.
To view, edit, filter, and sort versions
In the NSM GUI, select Tools >Database Versions.

All versions are listed in the popup Database Versions window.
