Combined Report
Select the Combined Report to edit; the Combined Report Options dialog is displayed.
The list of reports for the Combined Report is almost identical (the Combined report, of
course, is not included in this list) to the list of reports generated in the normal manner.
The difference is that the reports generated from the selections on this dialog contain no
page breaks or headings. And, unless too many are selected, all reports display on a
single page.
