4.8 Setting the thread tension lift

(1) - Pushbutton
(2) - Pull rod
The thread tensioner will be lifted during the cutting process or after a
press on the pushbutton (1) on the support plate.
Proper setting
The thread must pass freely through the lifted tensioner during the cutting
process.
To set the thread tension lift:
1. Use the pull rod (2) to lift the thread tensioner as far as it will go.
2. Press the O button.
Threading mode is switched on.
3. Loosen the screw (3).
4. Set the position of the pull rod (2) accordingly.
5. Tighten the screw (3).
