The userAdd command adds a user and password to the password file. The parameter
"username" must be from 3 to 80 characters. The parameter "password" must be from 8 to
40 characters.

userDelete username , password

The userDelete command deletes a user from the password file. It is not possible to
remove a user without knowing the user's password. If the user's password is forgotten or
unknown, you have to delete the password file, reboot the SNC, and then add all user
names and passwords again.

userList
The userList command displays the contents of the password file (passwords are
encrypted).
