Step 4 Power off the MPU/SRU whose CF card needs is to be replaced.
Press and hold the OFL button on the panel of the MPU/SRU for six seconds until the OFL
indicator turns on. This means that the MPU/SRU is powered off.
Step 5 Pull out the MPU/SRU whose CF card is to be replaced and place the MPU/SRU horizontally
on the worktable, as shown in
MPU/SRU."
Step 6 Press the button on the jack of CF card 1, as shown in
automatically pops out. Remove the CF card vertically, as shown in

Step 7 Place the removed CF card in the ESD bag.
Step 8 Insert the new CF card into the CF card 1 slot on the MPU/SRU and push the CF card into the
proper position, as shown in
