Procedure
Step 1 Turn on the circuit breakers of external DC power supplies A and B.
Step 2 Measure the input voltage of the device with a multimeter to ensure that the voltage falls
between -72 V DC and -38 V DC.
Step 3 Turn on the DC power switch of the device.
Step 4 Wait three minutes and then check the status of the indicators.
