Context
Before performing a power-on check, switch all circuit breakers to the OFF position.
Before you power on the USG9580, ensure that:

Procedure
Step 1 Turn on external AC power supplies A and B.
Step 2 Measure the input voltage of the device with a multimeter. Ensure that the voltage falls
between 90 V AC and 264 V AC.
Step 3 Turn on the AC power switch of the device.
Step 4 Wait three minutes and then check the status of the indicators.

CAUTION
The power cable and PGND cable are properly connected.
The power switch in the equipment room is easy to locate so that you can quickly power
off devices in case of any problems.
