Level Monitoring
Selecting the Level Detection Mode
Touch the Level Detection button to select the desired mode: Alert Only when
using only the alert sensor or select Alert/Alarm when using both the alert and alarm
sensors.
Alert/Alarm
When switching to Alert/Alarm from Alert Only, the level alarm probe will take
•
approximately 10 seconds to initialize.
The operating mode is established during configuration of the Perfusion Screen.
Changes to the configured mode made during a perfusion case are retained only for
the current case. The mode will revert to the mode chosen during configuration when
the case is exited.
Enabling and Disabling Level Detection System
Use the alert/alarm warnings to warn of changing level conditions that may allow the
blood or prime solution level to fall below optimum conditions.
