Priority Condition
Error Roller pump has detected < Pump Name > :
overcurrent condition.
Roller pump has detected < Pump Name > :
pump jam condition.
Roller pump power-on
Self Test fails or other
internal malfunction.
Centrifugal pump
Power-On Self Test fails
or other internal
malfunction.
Centrifugal pump has
detected overspeed
condition.
Centrifugal pump has
detected overcurrent
condition.
Centrifugal pump low
level motor faults
cause the pump to stop.
Centrifugal motor has
become disconnected
Pressure probe
calibration failed.
CCM Display Message Operator Response
Try to restart the pump. If the
Overcurrent message reappears, discontinue use
of the pump until it has been serviced
by Terumo Cardiovascular Systems.
Reassign pump, use standby
equipment, or use hand crank.
Clear the pump raceway or back off the
Pump Jam occlusion and try to restart the pump.
If the message reappears, discontinue
use of the pump until it can be
serviced by Terumo Cardiovascular
Systems. Reassign pump or use
standby equipment.
< Pump Name > : Discontinue use of the pump until it
Service Pump has been serviced by Terumo
Cardiovascular Systems. Reassign
pump, use standby equipment, or use
hand crank.
< Pump Name > : Discontinue use of the pump until it
Service Pump has been serviced by Terumo
Cardiovascular Systems. Reassign
pump, use standby equipment, or use
manual drive unit.
<Centrifugal Pump Name>: Try to restart the pump. If the
Overspeed message reappears, discontinue use
of the pump until it has been serviced

Connect Motor motor is reconnected.
< Pressure Name > : Try to recalibrate probe. If message
Calibrate Failed does not clear, replace probe.
