Central Control Monitor Messages

The following table includes all the messages that can appear on the CCM display
and corresponding operator responses.
Priority Condition
Alarm Battery is depleted
and system is shutting
down.
Pump goes to 0 flow as
a result of a Reduce
Speed response to an
alert or alarm.
Pump goes to 0 flow as
a result of receiving a
Pause and a Reduce
Speed response.
Air detected.
Air detected.
Air sensor on, and
disconnected.
Pressure has risen
above alarm limit.
Pressure has risen
above alarm limit.
Reservoir level below
alarm level.
Reservoir level below

Backflow has been
detected.

Flow for flow sensor

CCM Display Message Operator Response
SYSTEM POWER Use manual backup equipment to
SHUTDOWN finish case. Fully recharge battery
before using the system again.
< Pump Name >: STOPPED Correct condition.
Start pump if stopped.
< Pump Name >: STOPPED Correct the conditions that caused
the Reduce Speed/Pause responses.
Restart the pump.
< ABD Name > : Correct air condition, reset air sensor,
AIR DETECTED restart pump if stopped.
AIR DETECTED: Correct air condition, reset air sensor,
< Pump Name > restart pump if stopped.
< Pump Response >
< ABD Name > : Reconnect air sensor, reset air
AIR DETECTED sensor, restart pump if stopped.
< Pressure Name > : Correct over pressure condition.
OVER PRESSURE Start pump if stopped.
OVER PRESSURE: Correct over pressure condition.
< Pump Name > Start pump if stopped.

< Level Detector Name > : Fill reservoir to above alarm level.
LOW LEVEL Alarm clears automatically.

< Flow Sensor Name > : Correct backflow condition.

< Pump Name > : Correct low flow condition.
MINIMUM FLOW Alarm clears automatically.
