Errors with error number (ID 1009-6115)

Error Message
1009 Y position error
1010 X position error
1014 X fuse error

Description
The head is obstructed and can not move
anymore. Because of a media crash or
mechanical obstruction for example.
The media can not be fed forward/backward.
Because of a media crash, too heavy media or
mechanical obstruction.
X fuse is broken

X motor problem

Mainboard driver problem

Solution
Remove the media or object blocking the head
from moving and restart the cutter.
Remove the media or object blocking the grit
rolls from moving and restart the cutter.
1. Check/replace fuse FU1
Refer to Electronics > Mainboard on page 73
Refer to X and Y motor fuse on page 74
2. Check/replace the X-motor
Refer to X-motor and drive belt on page 33
3. Check/replace the mainboard
Refer to Electronics > Mainboard on page 67
