Troubleshooting

Check cutting mat for unevenness and damage. If necessary replace the

cutting mat.
Slow down cutting speed.

Perform offset calibration.

Perform quality tests from Mutoh CutServer.

Check parameter JOB FOCUS in user menu. Select ACCURACY instead of

SPEED.
Check X&Y belt tensions.

Perform Y-Z measurement in diagnostics mode.

Check cutting head for play on UP/DOWN bearing.

Replace X- and/or Y-motor.
15
Replace mainboard.

Replace penhead assembly.
