Media transport problems (tracking)
Clean grit rollers

Clean pressure rollers. Replace if damaged.

Use more pressure rollers if possible

Pre-feed the media before every print job.

Check position of both conveyer rolls. Parallel to the cutter?

Slow down cutting speed

Slow down "TOOL UP SPEED" in user menu

Check parameter JOB FOCUS in user menu. Select ACCURACY instead of

SPEED.
Perform tracking tests via the Mutoh CutServer.

Check pressure roll pressure.

Replace grit shaft

Note
Media baskets can influence media tracking. Empty media baskets will avoid that media movement is disturbed. It is recommended
to disable (close) media baskets (front and back) in case of cutting lengths over 6 meter. In this case make sure the floor is clean
and assure enough space at the front and the rear of the plotter in order to let the media move freely in an out the cutting plotter.
