Pressure roller assembly

Tools necessary
P1 and P2 screwdriver

Hexagon wrench 5,5 mm

Hexagon key 2,5 mm

Replacement procedure
Follow the procedure below to replace the pressure roller assembly.
Remove all the covers of the cutter
Step 1:

Remove the following parts first:

Penhead
Penhead drive belt
Y-motor
Speed reduction belt and pulley
Touchscreen
Loosen all flatcable brackets at the right side and unplug the flatcables.
Step 3:
Note
Try not to bend the flatcables too much. Frequently folding the cables will

damage them.
