Troubleshooting when no error is displayed

General troubleshooting

Power switch is turned on but the cutting plotter does not operate:

Connect power cable.

Check wall outlet.

Check if LED LD1G on the mainboard is lit green.

Media is present but does not start loading:

Lower the pressure roller lever

Clean the media sensors.

Check media sensors and lever sensor in diagnostics mode.

Check X-motor connection.
