Y-return pulley

P2 screwdriver

Replacement procedure
Follow the procedure below to replace the Y-return pulley.
Remove the following covers first:
Step 1:


Remove the penhead assembly
Step 2:
Refer to
Loosen penhead drive belt
Step 3:
Refer to
Loosen the 2 screws fixing the Y-return pulley.
Step 4:
Turn the Y-return pulley shaft 90 degrees and remove the metal sockets.
Step 5:
Remove and replace the Y-return pulley.
Step 6:
Adjustments necessary
After replacing this part, it is necessary to make the following adjustment.
