TRIG_DELAY | TRDL
The TRIG_DELAY command sets the time
interval between the trigger event and the
horizontal center point on the screen. The
maximum position value depends on the
time/division settings.
• Pre-trigger acquisition — Data acquired
before the trigger occurs. Negative trigger
delays must be given in seconds.
• Post-trigger acquisition — Data
after the trigger has occurred.
The TRIG_DELAY? query returns the current
time from the trigger to the horizontal center
point in seconds.
TRIG_DELAY <delay>
<delay>:= time value with unit.
Note:
• The range of delay is related to the time
base. See the data sheet for details.
• If you set the delay to a value outside of the
legal range, the delay value is automatically
set to the nearest legal value.
