6.3 Parts Replacement Procedure

6.3.1 Developing Assembly

6.3.1.1 Removing the Developing Unit

1) Open the left cover, and remove the drum unit.
2) Detach the reader left cover, front-left cover, internal cover, and delivery
tray front cover.
3) Remove the terminal [1], and detach the cable from the guide [2].
4) Reamove the screw [3], and detach the guide [2].

5) Pull out the developing unit [1] straightly to the front.

6.3.2 Transfer Charging Roller

6.3.2.1 Removing the Transfer Charging Roller

1) Open the left cover, and remove the drum unit.
2) Release the two hooks [1], and then remove the transfer charging roller
[2].

6.3.3.1 Removing the Waste Toner Full Sensor

1) Detach the reader left cover, front-left cover, and internal cover.
2) Detach the right cover, control panel, and delivery tray.
3) Remove the cable from the clamp [1].
4) Remove the waste toner full sensor [2], detach the connector [3].
