Installing Optional Power Components

manual indicates that it is all right to do so.

Optional DC Power Supply

The factory ships the two optional power supplies separately from the library:
• Optional DC power supply (feature code RMPS)
• Optional power distribution unit (PDU) ships with the optional DCPS
• Optional uninterruptible power supply (feature codes DPWR and EPWR)
For installation information, refer to the instructions that accompany these
components in the shipping packages.

Optional Uninterruptible Power Supply

The library also has an optional uninterruptible power supply (UPS) that can be
installed in the library rack area.
