Unpacking the Library
Unpacking the library involves:
• Removing the packing material and shipping bill
• Removing the library from the shipping pallet
• Positioning the library
• Removing the shipping kit
• Securing the library position
• Unpacking the library interior
Removing the Packing Material
You will need diagonal cutters or knife to cut the shipping straps.

Figure 2-3 on page 2-8
1. Remove and retain the shipping bill.
CAUTION:
Potential backlash from straps: Make sure that no one is near the
shipping straps when you cut them. The straps are under tension, and
they could strike someone when they are cut loose.
2. While holding the shipping ramp against the library box covers, carefully
cut the three wrapping straps on the exterior of the packaging.
3. Remove the ramp and corrugated box covers.
4. Remove the shipping bag (not shown).
