Unpacking the Library Interior

CAUTION:
Potential damage to electronic components: Take precautions against
ESD damage by touching gray, unpainted metal such as the library's
frame or by using an ESD grounding kit before touching any electronic
component.
To unpack the interior portion of the library:
1. Open the library front door by unlocking the top and bottom latches with
the key provided.
2. Take adequate precautions against ESD damage by touching gray,
unpainted metal such as the library's frame or by using an ESD grounding
kit (StorageTek PN 4711) before touching any electronic component.

3. Locate and remove the Z-column shipping pin.
CAUTION:
Confined space. While reaching inside the library, take care to avoid
bumping your head or catching your clothing on protruding edges.
