The setting details are described on the next page.
In the connection route setting from the high speed data logger module to the CPU to
be accessed, set the network route.
With the screen for "Access target CPU setting" under "Common setting" on the edit
items tree of the Configuration Tool is displayed, click the <<Network route>> tab.
