18.2 Error Code List
Error name
Failed to access to the same sector of the
CompactFlash card in a low.
The CompactFlash card error might occur
due to the power off or CPU module reset
while writing to the Compact Flash card.
The CompactFlash card was mounted
again.
There is no available space in the send
buffer.
The issued processing code cannot be
processed on the other end.
The device type specified for the access
target station is invalid.
The device number specified for the
access target station is out of range.
The specified number of device points for
the access target station is invalid.

power off or resetting the CPU module.

the CompactFlash card.
