POINT
In order to use the file access function, configure "Temporary Internet Files" and
delete temporary Internet files.
1. Configure "Check for newer versions of stored pages"
(a) For Microsoft
Select [Tools]  [Internet Options]  <<General>> tab, and click the
button under "Temporary Internet files".
Select "Every visit to the page".
(b) For Windows
