LED Indication Reference:
ON = LED pattern 7 (On).
OFF = LED pattern 0 (Off).
Rapid Blink = LED pattern 3 (RW).
Slow Blink (General Function Level) = LED pattern 5 (IL).

Conditions
When a key is programmed using service code 752, it cannot be programmed

with a function using the 751 code until the key is undefined (000). For example
