67.Precision Time Protocol (PTP)
Commands
PTP (Precision Time Protocol) is a technology to enable the time
synchronization at an accuracy of 1 s or less. It allows for more highly
accurate time synchronization than NTP (Network Time Protocol) on
multicast network.
PTP establishes a master-slave relationship between the grand master
clock and devices on the network and performs time synchronization
through PTP packet exchanges.
