1. Warranty card
A warranty card is included in the Installation Guide provided with this Switching Hub.
Be sure to confirm that the date of purchase, shop (company) name, etc., have been
entered in the warranty card and then receive it from the shop. Read it carefully, and
then keep it in a safe place. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
2. Repair request
If a problem is not solved even after taking the steps shown in the "Troubleshooting"
section in this manual, please use the Memo shown on the next page and make a repair
request with the following information to the shop where you purchased this Switching
Hub.
- Product name
- Model number
- Product serial number
(11-alphanumeric characters labeled on the back of the product.)
- Firmware version (The number after "Ver." labeled on the unit package)
- Problem status (Please give as concrete information as possible.)
* Within the warranty period:
Repair service will be provided in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the
warranty card.
Please bring your product and warranty card in the shop where you purchased it.
* After the warranty period expires:
If our check determines that your product is repairable, a chargeable repair service is
available upon your request.
Please contact the shop where you purchased the product.
