Configuring and managing NAS shares

Configuring NAS shares

The DL3D is designed to be a target-based, specialized, hardware
de-duplication appliance that you can configure to present an NFS
share or CIFS share to the backup server. NAS backup-to-disk (B2D)
shares can be configured as CIFS or NFS shares. Both can exist at the
same time and up to 128 total shares can exist.
Use the NAS page to configure NAS shares. To access the NAS page,
on the Disk Backup Configuration page, click NAS.
Note: Make sure the node is online before continuing with the NAS
configuration.
The NAS section is used to add, edit, or delete NAS shares. The NAS
page is divided into the following sections:
Summary Page
Add NAS Share
