Enabling or disabling replication
Generating replication reports
Note: If you pause a replication in process, a
generated on the
resumed, the replication process will continue.
Click Resume to resume replication and fail back traffic.
Use the Source Role Actions page to enable or disable the replication
state. You may enable or disable replication for all de-duplicated VTL
partitions and NAS shares by clicking on the appropriate button.
Click Enable to enable replication for all de-duplicated VTL
partitions and NAS shares.
Click Disable to disable replication for all de-duplicated VTL
partitions and NAS shares.
Note: If you click Disable during a replication in process, the
appliance will complete the entire replication and then disable
replication on the system. The appliance will be unable to replicate
until you click Enable.
Replication reports display the status of the replication jobs on all
existing NAS shares and virtual tape libraries on the DL3D appliance.
These reports are automatically generated after the completion of
every replication job and are stored on the source appliance engine.
They are generated in a CSV format.
To download the reports in CSV format:
Click Summary Report to get a summary of the status of all the
replication jobs on all existing NAS shares and virtual tape
libraries.
Click Detail Report to download a detailed report of the
replication status.
Click Generate New to generate a new replication report.
Right-click a report on the reports list and save it in a destination
folder.
Click Browse or enter the destination folder where you must save the
Replication Reports.
