Viewing the replication status of a NAS share
To synchronize the virtual tape libraries configured for
cartridge-based replication, click Synchronize/Abort. The system
will update all tape cartridges in the target virtual tape library.
Only virtual tape libraries enabled for cartridge-based replication
can be synchronized.
To abort a synchronization in progress, click Synchronize/Abort.
The Source Role NAS page displays the available NAS shares that
have been de-duplicated. The page also displays the current
replication status for the share and information on the most recent
replication that was run.
You can also use the Source Role NAS page to select and configure
NAS shares for replication.
Replication Status
State: Displays the following states:
• In Progress - the replication job is in progress.
• Partial - the replication job was partially completed. Refer to
the log file to view the files that were not replicated.
• Success - the replication job was completed successfully.
• Failure - the replication job was not completed.
Schedule: Displays the day and time when a namespace
replication is scheduled to run.
Sync ID: Displays the Sync ID of the NAS share if it is enabled for
directory/file-based replication.
The Information button is displayed during a replication in progress
or when a replication has completed. The Information page displays
the amount of data transferred as well as the average MB/sec for a
replication job.
To check the status of the NAS share before replicating its
namespace, click Check Readiness.
A window is displayed showing the status of the NAS share. If
any NAS shares are in use or being de-duplicated, they will be
displayed in the window. Some or all of these files may be
skipped if a namespace replication is initiated at this time.
To manually run a namespace replication, select the share and
click Replicate/Abort. The namespace replication process begins.
The status of the current replication appears in the Status area.
