Windows workgroup.
Syntax
syscli --join workgroup --name <workgroup name>
Lets you join the Samba server to a Windows active directory domain
The join ads command lets you join the Samba server to a Windows
active directory domain. You must specify the name of IP address of a
primary domain controller (PDC). You can either specify it explicitly
or let the command discover it automatically. It is not necessary for
the admin user to have the same credentials as the domain user who
is authorized to join the active directory domain. Thus, you must
specify the domain user credential to join the domain. You can choose
not to supply the password on the command line. Once prompted,
you can specify the password and it is not echoed back for security
purposes.
Syntax
syscli --join ads --domain <domain_name> [--org
<organizational_unit>] [--pdc <primary_controller>] --admin
<admin_user> --password <admin_password>
