(II) If the reverse indicator lamp is out
1.Bulb and socket
• Check if the bulb and socket are in good
condition.
PASS
2. Reverse switch
• Refer to "Inspection of switch"
PASS
3. Voltage
• Connect pocket multimeter (DC 20V) to the
taillight terminal
Multimeter (+) - brown terminal (2)
Multimeter (-) - green/blue terminal (1)
• Adjust main switch "ON" position
• Check the volts (12V)
Meet specification
No failure on this circuit
No electricity
Replace bulb and socket
No electricity
Replace reverse switch
Out of specification
If there is failure on the circuit from the main
switch to the bulb socket, repair it.
