Range of wear: <6mm(0.14in)
6. Measure
• Brushing spring force
Fatigue/out of specifications-replace entire
device
Brushing spring
force:326~970g(3.2~3.8N)
7. Check
• Oil sealing
• Bushing
• O-ring
Worn or damaged-replace
Installation of starting motor:
1. Mount
• Magnetic steel
• Bracket
Make the matching mark (a) on the magnetic
steel is in align to that on the bracket.
