Attendant Console x
This is a display-only field when the screen is accessed using an administration command such
as add or change.

Console Type
Enter this console's intended use. There can only be one night-only or one day/night console
in the system unless Tenant Partitioning is administered. Night Service is activated from the
principal console or from the one station set per-system that has a nite-serv button.

Usage
Entering all indicates an incoming call to an idle attendant will be
answered automatically without any action (no button presses required)
by the attendant.
Entering acd indicates only ACD split/skill calls and direct agent calls can
auto answer. Non-ACD calls terminated to an attendant console with Auto
Answer set to acd ring audibly.
Entering none causes all calls terminated to this attendant console to
receive some sort of audible ringing treatment.
Usage
Puts the attendant console into night service.
Will not get night service calls.
Handles only night service calls.
Handles day or night service calls.
Usage
Enter the class of restriction that reflects the desired restriction.
