Cause of error occurrence (details)
The target of the remote device station
access from the peripheral is a remote I/O
station.
Device No. for "RX", "RY", "RWw", or "RWr"
is outside the valid range for the target
station.
An all-stations data link error occurred during
execution of the remote device station
access from the peripheral.
Timeout occurred during the remote device
station access from the peripheral.
The message transmission result read
request was received from the station with an
unacceptable target station number.
Timeout occurred in receiving message
transmission response data.
A hardware error was detected.
An error is detected in the process of reading
the execution result of the remote device

application on the request source, or
check the operation of the target
device station.
