Normally, the Energy Saving state of the operation panel LCD changes in step with the energy saving state of the
main unit, but to support the scenario where an application that does not use the engine (printer) is executed from
State where the operation panel is flashing and the fusing heater is OFF.

Quiet state is entered when the Energy Saving key is pressed or the time set with the
"Sleep Mode Timer" of the User Tools has elapsed. This is a temporary energy
