7.Detailed Descriptions

LD Safety Switch

"+24V" goes through the BCU and is converted to "+5VS" on the IPU. "+5VS" is supplied to the LD Board. The

interlock switch turns off when the front cover or the right door is opened. As a result, the power supply

("+24VS") to the BCU is cut off.

This system prevents unexpected laser emission, and ensures user safety and technician safety.
