Adjustment after Replacement
Test Pattern Printing
Printing a test pattern: SP2-109-XXX
After changing an SP value for registration or image adjustment, print a test pattern to check the adjustment result.
•
Some of these test patterns are used for print image adjustments but most are used primarily for design
testing.
•
Do not operate the machine until the test pattern is printed out completely. Otherwise, SC will occur.
1. Enter the SP mode.

Select SP2-109-003 (Test Pattern: Pattern Selection).
3. Select the pattern number for print from the list, then press [OK].

4. When changing the density of the test pattern, select the density with SP2-109-006 (Test Pattern Density).

Execute SP5-990-005 (SP print mode Diagnostic Report).

After checking the test pattern, SP2-109-003 must be set to "0: None".
