Measure the master cylinder I.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 12.755 mm (0.5022 in)
Measure the master cylinder piston O.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 12.645 mm (0.4987 in)

1.5 N·m (0.2 kgf·m, 1.1 lbf·ft)

BRAKE LIGHT/INHIBITOR SWITCH
• Replace the piston, spring, cups, snap ring and
boot as a set.
Coat the master piston and piston cups with clean
DOT 4 brake fluid.
Install the spring onto the piston cup.
Install the spring and master piston into the master
