ALTERNATOR/STARTER CLUTCH
Install the ignition coil stay washer bolts and tighten
them.

Install ignition coil cover and tighten the two washer
bolts.

Install the alternator/CKP sensor wire into the wire

Connect the alternator 3P and CKP sensor 2P (red)

Install the following:
– exhaust pipe/muffler (page 3-15)
– under cover (page 3-9)
– floor side cover (page 3-8)
– luggage box (page 3-5)
Fill the crankcase with the recommended engine oil
(page 4-11).
Fill the system with the recommended coolant and
bleed any air (page 7-6).
