TROUBLESHOOTING
Engine does start but scooter won't move
• Damaged final reduction
• Seized final reduction
• Faulty drive pulley and driven pulley/clutch (page 11-4)
Abnormal noise
• Worn, seized or chipped gears
• Worn or damaged final reduction bearing
Oil leak
• Oil level too high
• Worn or damaged oil seal
• Cracked crankcase and/or final reduction case
