Body side trim: Removal - Refitting

a Remove the body side trim piece at (4) using tool
(Car. 1363) (this operation requires two people).
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Always replace the clips when removing and refitting
a body side trim piece.
EXTERIOR PROTECTION

Note:
When refitting the body side trim, do not refit the
clip at (5) if the rear quarter panel window is fit-
ted on the vehicle. Plug the clip positioning hole
(5) in the body using a PROTECTIVE FILM (see
Vehicle: Parts and consumables for the
repair) (04B, Consumables - Products).
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the body side trim piece (this operation re-
quires two people).
III - FINAL OPERATION.
a Refit the trim (1) .
