Front seatback trim: Removal - Refitting
a Partially remove the front seatback trim with the
foam (5) .
a Remove the front side airbag (chest) (see Front
(chest) side airbag: Removal - Refitting) (88C,
Airbags and pretensioners).
a Remove the front seatback trim (6) .
Note:
When separating the « foam-trim » , hold the vel-
cro strips.

REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a
Note:
Before refitting the rear bench seat base trim,
check that the velcro strips are correctly attached
to the foam.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the front seatback trim (6) , respecting the mar-
kings,
- the front side (chest-level) airbag (see Front
(chest) side airbag: Removal - Refitting) (88C,
Airbags and pretensioners),
- the front seatback trim (5) .
a Connect the connector (4) .
a Refit:
- the front headrest guides (see Front seat hea-
drest guide: Removal - Refitting) ,
- the retaining sections (3) ,
- the lower trim (2) ,
- the elastic strap (1) .
III - FINAL OPERATION

a Refit the front seatback angle control (see Front
seat backrest tilt control: Removal - Refitting) .
a Refit:
- the front seatback casing (see 77A, Front seat
trim, Front seatback casing: Removal - Refit-
ting, page 77A-6) ,
- the headrest (see Front headrest: Removal - Re-
fitting) ,
- the entire front seat (see 75A, Front seat frames
and mechanisms, Complete front seat: Remo-
val - Refitting, page 75A-15) .
a Connect the battery (see Battery : Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).
