Headlining: Removal - Refitting
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
B91 or K91
a Remove the double-sided adhesive tapes (7) .
a Degrease the areas (6) and (7) using a LINT-FREE
CLOTH soaked with HEPTANE

a Replace the DOUBLE-SIDED ADHESIVES under
the roof (see Vehicle: Parts and ingredients for
BODY INTERNAL TRIM

II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
B91 or K91
a Position the headlining in the passenger compart-
ment (this operation requires two people).
Note:
For vehicles equipped with a sunroof, the headli-
ning must be handled with care; the side edges
are weakened by the design of the sunroof.
a Clip on the headlining front section.
a Position the headlining rear section.
a Refit the headlining clips (5) .
a Bond the headlining central section.
Note:
When refitting the headlining, take care not to
deform the roof as the headlining and roof are
bonded using a double sided adhesive.

a Position the headlining in the passenger compart-
ment (this operation requires two people).
a Clip on the central section (7) , then the front section
(6) .
a Refit the rear central clip (5) .
a Replace the airbag pins (3) and the clips (4) .
III - FINAL OPERATION
B91 or K91
a Refit the finishing seals (2) .
a Connect the headlining wiring connectors.
