Front seat base frame: Removal - Refitting
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove:
- the front seat frame bolts (2) ,
- the front seat base frame.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the front seat base frame.
a Torque tighten the front seat frame bolts (40 N.m).
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit the wiring (1) .

a Refit the anti-submarining airbag (see Anti-subma-
rining airbag: Removal - Refitting) (88C, Airbags
and pretensioners).
a Refit the front seat runners (see 75A, Front seat
frames and mechanisms, Front seat runner: Re-
moval - Refitting, page 75A-5) .
FRONT SEAT TYPE 04
a Refit:
- the front seat height adjuster front motor (see
Front seat height adjuster front motor: Remo-
val - Refitting) ,
- the front seat height adjuster rear motor (see Front
seat height adjuster rear motor: Removal - Re-
fitting) .
a Refit the front seat base trim (see 77A, Front seat
trim, Front seat base trim: Removal - Refitting,
page 77A-1) .
FRONT SEAT TYPE 02 or FRONT SEAT TYPE 03
or FRONT SEAT TYPE 04
a Refit the front seat slide motor (see 75A, Front seat
frames and mechanisms, Front seat sliding mo-

FRONT SEAT TYPE 02
a Refit the front seat belt buckle (see Front seat belt
buckle: Removal - Refitting) (88C, Airbags and
pretensioners).
a Refit the front seat lower covers (see 77A, Front
seat trim, Front seat lower cover: Removal - Re-
fitting, page 77A-8) .
FRONT SEAT TYPE 01
a Refit:
- the front seatback angle control (see Front seat
backrest tilt control: Removal - Refitting) ,
- the front seat height adjuster control (see Front
seat height adjuster control: Removal - Refit-
ting) .
a Refit the complete front seat (see 75A, Front seat
frames and mechanisms, Complete front seat:
Removal - Refitting, page 75A-15) ,
a Connect the battery (see Battery : Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).
